The Veloforte Vita Protein Recovery Shake is tasty and refreshing, and this handy box of 12 x 62.5 gram sachets will help the athlete replenish their body during a hard training mesocycle. Made from a super-berry blend, electrolytes and ginseng, the easy to mix powder is added to 300ml of cold water or milk, shaken until smooth and then consumed within 30 minutes of challenging workouts.

The powder contains three parts carbohydrate to replace energy, and one part protein for comprehensive muscle growth and repair. The protein is derived from low lactose whey isolate to help the athlete avoid stomach bloating, while the whole recipe is free from nasties such as preservatives, additives and artificial sweeteners.
