With a plethora of data features and training options within a compact and easy to wear watch, the Suunto 3 Sport Watch combines many of the features of an activity tracker and a GPS sports device. Distance and speed can be tracked using the watch’s inbuilt cadence monitor, or by using the Suunto app to connect to a smartphone, GPS data can also be added for greater accuracy. Heart rate can be measured at the wrist using the watch or by using a compatible Bluetooth chest strap, and the watch can use all the data to suggest training plans to maintain, improve or boost fitness depending on requirements. Stress, sleep and recovery can also be tracked to ensure optimal performance. The Suunto app also sends phone notifications to the watch so that it can remain tucked safely away unless needed.

With a battery life of up to 10 days in time mode, it can be used every day, and will run for up to 30 hours when connected to a smartphone GPS. The lithium-ion battery is rechargeable using the included USB cable. The bezel is made from stainless steel for durability and classic style, with polyamide glass and ABS case, whilst wrists from 120-210mm can be accommodated by the silicone strap.
