Designed to ensure you remain sufficiently hydrated through moderate to intense sessions, the Science in Sport Go Hydro Tablets come as a box of eight tubes of twenty tablets.

To perform at your best, you need to remain effectively hydrated throughout, as dehydration causes an increase in body temperature and heart rate, and carbohydrate stores are depleted far quicker. The result is excess fatigue and the perception that exercise is more intense. A highly practical option, adding one Go Hydro tablet to 500ml of plain water and sipping before and during exercise will prevent these negative effects, allowing you to push harder for longer.

With these tablets you can meet your sodium requirement without an increased intake of carbohydrates; each tablet containing only 1 gram.

The cola flavour tablets also contain 75mg of caffeine to provide a physical and mental boost and increase fat utilisation, leaving your limited carbohydrate store for use further into your session.

Directions for use

Add one SiS GO Hydro tablet to 500ml of water and let it dissolve. Once prepared consume within 24 hours. Do not consume more than four tablets per day.

Recommended usage

Consume 500ml of SiS GO Hydro 3-4 hours prior to your event with a further 250-500ml in the hours before starting. During exercise of a shorter length where carbohydrate intake is not necessary, consume 500ml of SiS GO Hydro per hour.
