With 17 litres capacity, the ORTLIEB Velocity Backpack is a great size for all-weather commuting as it is big enough for A4 folders and has a removable internal laptop sleeve too. The contents are fully protected from any rain or spray by the waterproof construction and rolltop closure, which also makes loading and emptying it very quick. A foam back panel protects against any sharp-edged contents and the lower corners of the pack have extra protection against abrasion. Comfy shoulder straps and a removable waist and sternum strap keep the pack stable on the bike or when walking, and the top grab handle is useful when moving it about.
