Supplied in a box of 12, 40-gram sachets, these gels harness unique hydrogel technology to deliver highly concentrated carbohydrates, water and salt to the intestines without causing any stomach discomfort. The 0.8:1 glucose to fructose ratio allows uptake of up to 100 grams of carbohydrate per hour, 10 grams more than previously possible. Each gel contains 25 grams, so consume four per hour for the highest and most effective delivery.

Almost completely flavourless, the gel is easy to consume and digest, and there's no need to wash it down with water.
