Supplied as a box of 14 sachets, each serving is mixed with 500mls of water for a taste-free drink that is free from colours and preservatives and can be consumed before, during or immediately after exercise.

Utilising hydrogel technology, carbohydrates are encapsulated for transportation through the stomach and into the intestine.
